• ~120m² divided into 2 main spaces
• Level -1 in an industrial building
• 4 tonnes goods lift (monte-charge)
• Loading dock (quai de chargement), accessible by train
• Can modify the space
• Ventilation openings go directly to the main street
• Old industrial fridge, well isolated

• TPG, bus lines: 21, 23, 42, 43, 46 and D
• 15 minutes walk from our current place
• 6 minutes by bike from our current place

Rent and running costs would be shared with the other association
